REGISTRATION

Participation at the meeting is limited to 120 researchers and trainees. Therefore, a selection process will be conducted.

We have extended our rolling application until March 8th, 2024. Secure your place by applying as soon as possible. We will be selecting on a first-come-first-serve basis until reaching our capacity. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included during all days of the congress.

To apply, you need to follow the following steps:

1. Create your profile using the “APPLY HERE” button at the end of this page. You will be linked to the 4ID platform (https://play.4id.science/plena24/login)
2. Once you are logged in, complete your profile. There are a few mandatory fields. The rest of the requested information is optional.
3. If you want to submit a poster and we encourage trainees to do so, please fill out the Abstracts section and complete your submission. Only proceed to payments once your poster has been accepted. We will notify you of your acceptance in a few days. Your poster may be selected for an award and/or an oral presentation.
4. If you do not want to submit a poster, do not fill out the Abstracts section. We may contact you for additional information for the selection process. Wait a few days until you receive confirmation of your acceptance Once you are accepted, proceed directly to payments and pay the corresponding fee. You are all set.

Abstract submission Instructions

• Presentation format: Authors can submit abstracts for poster presentations only.
• Abstract title: Should be at most 25 words.
• Body text: Limited to 250 words.
• Acknowledgments to founding agencies Should be included in the main text body.
• Use only standard abbreviations. Place exceptional or unusual abbreviations in parentheses after the whole word the first time it appears.
• Submission: Use the 4ID platform where you created your profile for your submission before the deadline. You can preview and edit your abstract in the system, but after pressing “send abstract,” no further changes will be possible.
